On this excursion you will:

  • Begin your excursion with a drive towards Sagrada Familia, the Holy Family Church, designed by Gaudí in 1882 and never completed. This unique church stands witness to Gaudí´s creative, although controversial, genius.
  • Learn construction began again in 1940, but faltered due to confusion over Gaudí´s plans.
  • Join your guide for a walk around the outside of the church as Gaudí´s vision for the church is discussed.
  • Afterwards, rejoin the bus for a short drive towards the Passeig de Gracia, the most elegant avenue in Barcelona where you will pass by famous modernist works such as La Pedrera House and Casa Batlló.
